"I felt misled by the whole warranty..."
I felt misled by the whole warranty and return process. What seemed straightforward at first turned into weeks of back and forth, and then my return got denied over some tiny details they never made clear upfront. Every time I contacted support, they just repeated the policy instead of actually helping. It really had that bait-and-switch feeling, and by the end I was just frustrated and regretting the purchase.

"Kept Cutting Out on Me"
I picked up an Arccaptain welder thinking it would handle some basic jobs without much fuss, but it kept giving me the same problems over and over. The arc wouldn’t stay steady, then it would start cutting out, and before long it seemed like it was overheating. I assumed maybe I had the settings off, so I tried adjusting things a few different ways, but the pattern didn’t really change. For what I needed, it just wasn’t reliable enough.

"Not sure if I got a bad one, but it felt cheap"
I wanted to like it, and maybe I just got a dud, but the build quality really didn’t feel great. It felt kind of cheap right out of the box, and it ended up breaking way sooner than I expected.

"Support took way too long"
I had an issue with my order getting help was frustrating. My sister was asking me if it got sorted yet because it dragged on for days. They did eventually respond, but the replies felt kind of generic, like copy-paste answers. I had to explain the same thing twice before I finally got a clear answer. The product itself is fine, but the customer service made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be

"Shipping took forever and was a mess"
I ordered from arccaptain.com the delivery was just really frustrating. It took way too long, like way longer than they said it would. The tracking barely updated, so I kept checking over and over with no real answers. No clear emails, no helpful updates, nothing. Just waiting and waiting. The package did finally show up, but by then I was already annoyed. If shipping is always this slow and this unclear, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Not worth it"
Feels cheap, but the price is still way too high. I wouldn’t buy it again.
